FeatQ is our product. The UserJot facts on this page were checked on UserJot's own pages on 2026-11-01.
UserJot and FeatQ both leave customers off the bill. As of November 2026, UserJot says "Pay for features, not seats", and every plan has unlimited users and posts. FeatQ has no per-user fees, allows up to 10,000 voters per board, and has one owner login per board with no team accounts.
The trade is boards against features. UserJot's plans cover 2, 5 or unlimited boards, and gate guest voting, MCP and single sign-on by tier. FeatQ prices each board on its own and includes voting by email, the changelog, voter emails and MCP on every plan.
Pick UserJot if several people need to manage feedback, you run several products, want a free plan, or need SSO. Pick FeatQ if you run one product yourself and want guest voting and agent access at the entry price.
UserJot prices as of November 2026, per month
| UserJot plan | UserJot | FeatQ |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 per month: 2 feedback boards, 3 team members, public roadmap and changelog; no guest posting | No free plan |
| Starter | $29 per month: 5 boards, unlimited team members, guest posting, custom domain, MCP | $19/mo or $144/yr for the first 25 boards, then $29/mo or $228/yr, per board |
| Professional | $59 per month: unlimited boards, single sign-on, branding removal, board login controls | Same flat price per board, or $199 once for the Lifetime founding deal (50 spots) |
For one board with guest voting and MCP, UserJot needs Starter at $29 a month, which is 12 x $29 = $348 a year. FeatQ is $19 a month or $144 a year for the first 25 boards, then $29 a month or $228 a year, for one board.
The math turns the other way as boards add up. Starter covers 5 boards for $348 a year. Five FeatQ boards on standard yearly pricing is 5 x $228 = $1140 a year. If you can live without guest voting and MCP, UserJot Free covers 2 boards at $0.

The FeatQ MCP documentation has the setup, and feedback tools with MCP compares more servers.
UserJot's pricing page describes imports into UserJot, not exports, as of November 2026. If you can get your requests into a CSV, FeatQ imports requests and vote counts from any CSV of up to 5,000 rows and shows a preview of the column mapping first. A CSV has no voters, so voters and comments stay behind.
Start with the open requests that still matter, merge duplicates, and set honest statuses. The import guide covers CSV and the Canny and Featurebase importers.
